With more than 30 years of real estate expertise across 35 cities in Alameda and Contra Costa Counties, Peter Fletcher brings unmatched knowledge, integrity, and dedication to every transaction. A Bay Area native, Peter has successfully represented buyers and sellers of residential, investment, and commercial properties—often guiding clients through complex tax-deferred exchanges and probate sales with skill and sensitivity.

Peter is a Certified Probate Real Estate Specialist (CPRES), Certified Negotiation Expert (CNE), and Seniors Real Estate Specialist (SRES), with deep experience working alongside attorneys, fiduciaries, trustees, and personal representatives. As a trained mediator, he excels at resolving conflicts and helping clients move forward—even when negotiations stall.

Known for his calm, pressure-free approach and strong rapport-building skills, Peter has become a trusted advisor to generations of clients from diverse socio-economic backgrounds. Many return time and again, confident in his ability to deliver results, especially in competitive, multiple-offer scenarios.

Peter’s leadership has been recognized throughout his career: he is a past President of the Alameda Association of Realtors (twice), Realtor of the Year (1986), and recipient of the Distinguished Service Award (2014). He also played a pivotal role in launching Alameda’s first MLS.

Peter holds a broker’s license in California (DRE #00705397) and has also been licensed in Oregon and Washington. He is a longtime Notary Public and a lifelong learner, holding an MA in Negotiation, Conflict Resolution, and Peace-Building from CSU Dominguez Hills, as well as a Certificate in Diversity & Inclusion from Cornell.
